Introduction and License

Rama is operated under a license regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario for its online platform, as well as the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) for its land-based resort. The services provided by Rama include online casino games, real-money gambling, and other iGaming offerings in compliance with applicable Canadian laws and regulations. By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Prohibited Activities

Rama has a strict policy against cheating, fraud, bonus abuse, the use of bots, exploitation of system errors, or any other unauthorized manipulation of gameplay. Engaging in such activities will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action. Players are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior to the support team.

Limitation of Liability and Termination

Rama reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts at its sole discretion in cases of violations of these Terms and Conditions, non-compliance with regulatory requirements, or any activities deemed suspicious. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
